Turn the post-swim chill into your favourite, cosy ritual for many seasons to come. To keep your 100% cotton terry robe looking great and feeling soft the moment you step out of the water, follow the tips below.

Your Layday Robe is ready for days off straight out of the pack, but a quick two-step wash cycle will kick-start an extra comfortable long-term relationship. Just like our towels, the terry fabric benefits from a little two-step prep.

1. For Wash #1, add 1/2 a cup of white vinegar to a warm machine cycle. This will strip the natural waxes from the yarn and allow optimum absorbency. No need to add any detergents.
2. While your robe is still wet from Wash #1, wash it again on a warm cycle with 1/2 a cup of Bicarbonate Soda. This will tighten the weave and prevent the fabric from snagging. Again, no need to add any detergents to this cycle.

Your robe is now good to go!

For your standard care, we recommend:

• Cold machine wash with like colours
• Line or tumble dry on low
• Avoid Fabric Softeners
• Do not Bleach

Our terry cotton gets better with age. The natural fibres become softer and more absorbent with time as the natural waxes fully strip from the yarn. Like any good partner, it becomes more comfortable the longer the relationship lasts.
