We will accept returns as outlined in the policy below. Before commencing any return, please contact us at email@example.com or 08 9755 3408.

Australian Consumer Law
We will provide a refund or replacement where required to do so by law. Please contact us if your product is defective or damaged, or to discuss any issues with your products, before attempting to return any items.
Change of mind returns
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept returns for change of mind:
- within 30 days from the date of purchase;
- where your item is unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it; and
- where you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale products and gift cards may not be returned under our change of mind policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping for change of mind returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
